Elevate’s 28 Day Reset program is an amazing opportunity to get on the right track for your goals! Here’s a quick overview on this program.
We created this program because there are two primary types of people coming to Elevate:
- People who are generally new to a structured workout routine
- People who have been consistent with exercise in the past and need to get back on track
In both cases, we find the best course of action is to have an initial period of time where the accountability and support is HIGH, and the approach is comprehensive (physical activity, structured nutrition protocols, and healthy habit development).

So what all is included and involved in the 28 day reset? You receive a premium package of our services. This includes:
- 4 weeks of Unlimited access to all of our class types and times (Sweat, Lift, and Flow)
- A 1-on-1 nutrition meeting to discuss the details of the program and help you get going towards your short and long term goals
- A nutrition plan that enforces healthy food choices in the right amounts for the goals you want to achieve
- Full time accountability and support from a dedicated coach
- 2 InBody body composition scans to check-in on progress
