“Joining Elevate is quickly becoming one of my best fitness decisions. Classes are a great way to start the day and are tremendously more beneficial than my own solo workouts. I’ve been a member for about a month and a half now and have loved every workout. Previously, I’ve always just done my own thing at gyms. At the Elevate classes, I actually work up a sweat and get in a proper workout. Excellent coaches and programming.
I mostly take Tom’s morning classes. He is an excellent coach and provides highly useful and timely feedback regarding form and execution. It’s the first time that bench pressing has actually felt natural, thanks to his guidance. All the coaches genuinely want to see you succeed and Elevate is a welcoming atmosphere. Mallory, the owner, is engaging and cares about the gym members. She’s also a great coach. I’ve enjoyed Jess’s Sunday recovery yoga classes too. They’re a solid way to recover and focus on mobility and flexibility.
I trust the daily workout programs and finish each workout with a sense of accomplishment. Great way to get some social time in as well. The fellow members are encouraging and truly add to the experience. One of the aspects I appreciate most about Elevate and the coaches is the attention to doing movements correctly with proper form and technique. Do yourself a favor and jump in for a session. I’m sure you’ll have a great workout!”
“I did personal training with Rob at Elevate for about nine months. I came to him referred by a friend because I had herniated a disc in my lower back and he specializes in treating those kinds of injuries; in fact, he’s recovered from that same injury himself.
When I started with Rob I was in chronic pain. Even normal tasks like bending down to tie my shoes or getting in and out of my car hurt me. After my time with him I am not only pain-free, but I am in far better shape than I thought possible.
I hurt my back when I was trying to get back into shape after I put on a lot of weight during COVID. I was trying to do an exercise that I didn’t know the proper technique for. When training with Rob he kept a close eye on my form, asked how I felt, adjusted my technique if need be, and always listened to me if something felt off. I felt safe putting my trust in him during my recovery. Also, I want to emphasize that every aspect of my training was tailored to me, my injury, my recovery, and my path going forward. I am equipped with so much more foundational knowledge about lifting, and I feel confident that I can lift weight safely and maintain my level of physical fitness without fear of re-injuring myself.
Finally, Rob is a consummate professional and an all-around good guy. I had such a positive experience training with him, and I highly recommend him!”
“I am not someone who’s a big fan of gyms, but my boyfriend convinced me to sign up at Elevate, and I (begrudingly) agreed. I couldn’t be happier. The group classes are great, the trainers are attentive and explain the movements and physiology well, and I tend to see the same people at the same class, so there’s a nice sense of community and positive encouragement.
Some workouts are challenging, and others seem damn near impossible, and yet I always leave having survived (miraculously), and feeling a real sense of accomplishment.
