Traveling during the holidays? 3 "anywhere" workouts

Whether you are traveling during the holidays or you are just short on time and can't make it to the gym, we want to share some workouts that you can get done in your room or even at a hotel gym with minimal equipment. Here we go!


Equipment-Free Travel Workouts

Any of these workouts can be modified by how much time you have or by difficulty, so feel free to customize to your needs.

1) Total Body EMOM

For this workout, you'll perform one of the exercises per minute and rest for the remainder of the minute once you're done with the prescribed repetitions. Cycle through them in order for a total of 5 rounds (20 minutes).

Minute 1 - Push-Ups x 15

Minute 2 - Squat Jumps x 10

Minute 3 - Mountain Climbers x 15 (L+R=1 rep)

Minute 4 - Hollow Hold x 30 seconds

2) Lungs and Legs

This one will get the heart-rate up for sure. Put on a 12 minute clock and get through this for as many rounds as you can.

6 Burpees

12 Alternating Lunges

24 Hops In Place (think like jump rope)

3) 5 Rounder

Complete 5 rounds of the following:

10 Suicide Push-Ups

15 Reverse Sit-Ups

20 Air Squats

(If you have access to run outside, run about 200m)
