SWEAT:

45-minute HIIT intervals with movements that change daily. SWEAT includes an overview of workout structure, movement demos, and modifications. You will torch fat, cultivate your conditioning, improve strength, and help reveal/maintain a lean physique.

LIFT:

60 minutes of progressive and structured strength training with short finishers. LIFT will have a foundation in compound movements with variations of Squats, Deadlifts, Pushing and Pulling. You will build a stronger, more powerful body and mind.

FLOW:

45-minute joint mobility class for every BODY. Flow brings together strength, balance and isometric holds. You will aid recovery, improve range of motion and help eliminate pain.
