With strength as our base, each 1 hour class is packed with everything you need to maximize your time at the gym. Some days are focused on strength and power, other days are more focused on endurance and conditioning. Every session is lead by a professional coach to provide structure, safety and a motivating training environment for all levels.
Body composition is more important than the number on the scale. We want to know how much body fat and muscle mass you have so we can maximize your health, energy levels and physique. You’ll be provided a complimentary InBody Body Composition scan and in depth analysis with one of our professional coaches.
